Separate training DB
Practice receipts and customers stay in a separate database. Real stores, revenue, and balances remain untouched.
LeoPOS Training Mode mirrors the real checkout workflow but writes into a separate practice environment. New staff can learn sales, payments, receipts, pickup flows, and corrections without affecting TSE, day-end closing, revenue, backups, or customer balances.
Dry cleaning and laundry workflows have many moving parts: item count, service type, customer assignment, pickup status, partial payment, cash, card, and receipt printing. Training Mode makes those flows learnable without polluting accounting data.
Practice receipts and customers stay in a separate database. Real stores, revenue, and balances remain untouched.
Training does not create real TSE signatures, Z reports, tax records, or GoBD-relevant production events.
Training data can be reviewed and discarded. The next session starts from a clean practice environment.
New team members learn on the real process, without real operational risk.
The trainer enables Training Mode visibly in the system.
Cash, card, unpaid orders, pickup, notes, discounts, and corrections are practiced with realistic examples.
Training receipts are reviewed and reset when needed. The live register stays unchanged.
Training Mode does not replace legal cashier training; it provides a safe practice area so real transactions are later handled correctly.
